It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Garland Martin (Glen Ullin, North Dakota), born in Hebron, North Dakota, who passed away on February 14, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Martin and Emma Martin (Reidlinger); and his siblings-in-law, Otto Voegele, Ruben Voegele, Ray Voegele and Freida Kroh.
He is survived by: his wife Tillie Voegele; his children, Vicki, Kurt, Randy (Eileen) and Renae; his grandchildren, Casey (Justine) and Tonya; his siblings, Vernon Martin (Delores) and Darline Streifel (Leonard); his siblings-in-law, Dan Voegele, Chris Voegele, Lenora Sayler and Delores Hall; and his close friends, Bob and Linda Retterath. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
