With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elvera Gruebele of Glen Ullin, North Dakota, born in Mott, North Dakota, who passed away on July 18, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Pekas and Laura Pekas (Bauder); her husband Reinhardt Gruebele; her siblings, Harvey Pekas (Mary Ann) and Valeria Kibbel (Kenny); her parents-in-law, William and Sara Gruebele; her siblings-in-law, Joseph "Moe" Morrissette, Eleanor Roth (Clarence) and Lorraine Hirning (Oscar); her nephews, Brad Kibbel and Larry Roth; her great-nephew Josh Morrissette; and her great-niece Anna Marie Goy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tamera Leben (Kurt) of Bismarck and Marcy Kelley of Castle Rock, CO; her grandchildren, Luther Weiser of Bismarck, Jasmine Weiser of Minneapolis, MN and Erin Kelley (Alan Kopp) of Laramie, WY; and her siblings, Lloyd Pekas (Kristen) of Minnetonka, MN and LaVerne Morrissette of Bismarck. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
