It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Yvonne Falstad Hoover (Garrison, North Dakota), who passed away on February 19, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Falstad and Ella Falstad (Westberg); her son Stephen Hoover; and her brother Blake Falstad. She is survived by: her husband Melvin Hoover; her children, Eugene Hoover (Becky) of Platte City, MO, Ford Hoover, Melanie Cathey (Carl), Carrie Folkert (Don), Spencer Hoover (Kristin), Litchfield Park and DeNeé Kurpiel; her grandchildren, Jason Hoover, Kirk Hoover, Ryan Hoover, Ashley Bodik (Hoover), Lanna Kreck (Armstrong), Chuck Huber, Heather Huber, Jason Huber, Skye Leedahl (Folkert), Amber Folkert, Morgan Schmaltz, Kyle Schmaltz, Amber Jeffcoat (Kurpiel) and Mandie Kurpiel; and her siblings, Gary Falstad of Kent, OH, Reneé Serrin, Robert Falstad, Sequim and Mona Olson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
