He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Christine Belgarde Persicke; his wife Norlene; his children, Janice Martin (John) of Yorba Linda, CA, Shealia Raught (Eddy) of Carnation, WA and Donna Belgarde of Bismarck, ND; his grandchildren, Mike, Kristin, Garrett, Chase, Matthew, Nick, Brandyn, Andrew and Ashton of Bismarck, ND; and his sister-in-law Lillian Belgarde of Anchorage, AK. He was also cherished by seven great-grandchildren.
