She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kovarik and Myrtle Kovarik; her husband Clem Hansen; her son John; her grandson Steven; and her siblings, Lucille, Johnny, Peter, Tessie, Curtis, Kaywin and Catherine.
She is survived by: her sons, Roger (Imelda) of Albuquerque, NM, James (Kathy) of Colorado Springs, CO, Paul of Bismarck, ND and Michael (Brandy) of Colorado Springs, CO. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandson and many nieces and nephews.
