He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Iverson and Bertha Iverson (Rath); his brother Larry Iverson; his great-nephew Dylan Lechman; and also Maty Lechman.

He is survived by: his former wife Joyce Stumvoll; his brothers, Richard Iverson (Suzanne) and Edmund Iverson (Sally); his sister-in-law Sharon Iverson (Garrison); his nieces and nephews, Jeff Iverson (Mindy), Shawn Iverson (Misty), Angela Iverson-Lechman, Tracey Dietz (Dirk), Rebecca Kern (Josh), Madonna Paul (Mark) of Germantown, TN and Elizabeth Bauer (Bob); and his close friends, Loretta Martinsen and Joyce Pfliger.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family to be designated at a later date.
