He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard J. Mahoney Sr. and Lila Mahoney (Knudtson); his siblings, Cecilia Mahnke, Bernard Jr. and Mary; his nephew Patrick Neal; his parents-in-law, LaVere and Gladys Anderson; his brother-in-law Daren Anderson; his stepdaughter-in-law Renata Lucier; and his stepgreat-granddaughter Kayla Mock.
He is survived by: his wife Deb Mahoney (Anderson); his children, Sherry Mahoney-Irvin of Charleston, SC, Susan Mahoney-Schmidt (Gordy) and Michael Mahoney (Tammie); his stepchildren, Ticia Kuglin, Troy Kuglin, Minot and Stacy Kuglin; and his sisters, Rosella Weber, Vinona Rime (Cliff), Patsy Trueblood, Judy Senger (Joe), Ilene McFarlen and Crystal Eslinger (Glen). He is also survived by six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many step-grandchildren; and step great-grandchildren.
Celebrating the Life of Gerald: Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, A Private Mass of Christian Burial by invitation will be held: Wednesday, November 18, 2020, at 10:00 am at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church in Minot. Those attending are required to wear masks and social distance.
