He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudy Betz and Pauline Betz; his brothers, Lyle and Marvin; his sister-in-law Lorraine Betz (Cis); his parents-in-law, James Willits and Elsie Willits; his brother-in-law Russell Willits; and his grandson Jamison Betz.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Willits; his sons, Mike Bismarck (Vicki), Chad Garrison (Amy) and Scott Bismarck (Lydia); and his grandchildren, Brandon, Alissa (Tyler), Joshua (Bismarck), Jacob (Fargo), Alexis (Bismarck), Ethan (Bismarck), Sheridan (Bismarck) and Reagen (Bismarck).
