He was predeceased by: his parent Edward A. Jankauskas, Sr.; his siblings, Edward Jankauskas, Jr. and Elizabeth Aiken; and his stepfather Walter Majka. He is survived by: his parent Dorothy B. (Nicholson); his wife Kathleen M. Jankauskas (Hamilton) of Phillipston; his children, Adam T. Jankauskas of Gardner, Tyler T. Jankauskas of Boston and Kelly T. Jankauskas of Athol; and his siblings, Richard Jankauskas (Kathy Howard) of Barre, Catherine "Deedee" Ericson of Hubbardston, Nancy Collett of Gardner and Kimberly Salvadore (Robert) of Barre. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
As a tribute to Tom's love of the outdoors, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to North Worcester County Quabbin Anglers Association, PO Box 79, Athol, MA 01331 or to the Barre Sportsman's Club, PO Box 111, Barre, MA 01005 for their youth programs.
