We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2023, at the age of 84, Dorothy Burns of Gardner, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Phillips and Lorena Phillips (Barnes); her husband Karl; her daughter Beth McCaskill; and her brothers, George, Raymond, Leeroy and David.
She is survived by: her former husband James Lepp; her children, Whit Burns of Concord, OH, Grant Burns (Amy) of Punta Gorda, FL, James Lepp (Kim) of Waleska, GA, Bruce Burns of Anoka, MN, Laura Lepp-Ferrell of Diamond, OH and Kelly Ahola (John) of Gardner, ND; her sister Mary Burke of Woodstock, NY; and also, Whit and Grant. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
