He is survived by: his wife Sherry Flaten (Hansen); his sons, Bradley (Dawn) of Galesburg, ND, Michael of Fargo, ND and Randy of Galesburg, ND.; his grandchildren, Darci McCullough (Trevor), Amy Austin (Nate), Amber Thykeson (Ross), Tyler Flaten (Jana), Dayna Estenson (Jared), Heather Jenson (Kole) and Trenton Flaten; his siblings, Beverly Keller (Leo) of Cole Harbor, ND, Carol Hornberger (Wayne) of Berthold, ND, Elaine Jacobson (Garry) of Berthold, ND, Wayne Flaten (Danella) of Fargo, ND and Robert Flaten of Stanley, ND.; and his brothers-in-law, Joel Hansen (Lorna) of Berthold, ND and Gary Hansen (Linda) of Ray, ND.. He is also survived by his kids, grandkids and great grandkids.
