It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman Miller of Gackle, North Dakota, who passed away on July 16, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mathilda Miller (Gienger) and Emil Miller; his brother Calvin; his parents-in-law, Edwin and Alma Buerkle; and his nephew Todd Veil.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Buerkle; his daughters, Anita Hoger (Scott) of New Salem, ND, Brenna of New Salem, ND, Fayth of New Salem, ND, Kendyl of New Salem, ND, Katina Sprenger (Jared) and Jace of Mandan, ND; his brother Norbert Miller (Eileen) of West Fargo, ND; his sisters-in-law, Pat Miller of Valley City, ND, JoAnne Miller (Marvin) of Gackle, ND and Marcene Veil (Henry) of Jamestown, ND; and his nieces and nephews, Luther Miller, Randy Miller (Hannah), Angela Villareal (Hugo) and Sarah Afzal (Adeel).
