He is survived by: his wife Alta Eck; his sons, Brian Winters (Gladys) of Vacaville, CA and Kevin Winters (Donna) of Cody, WY; his siblings, Loren Winters (Lynette) of Fullerton, ND, Craig Winters (Ginny) of Underwood, MN and Paula Peterson (Dave) of Oakes, ND; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Christopher, Shannon, Isaac and Jackson. He is also survived by twelve nieces and nephews.
