It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Sturma of Fullerton, North Dakota, born in Oakes, North Dakota, who passed away on July 8, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Reuben Ulmer and Vivian Ulmer; her sisters, Jeanne Glynn and Connie Gramlow; and her daughter Diana Davis.
She is survived by: her husband Gregory Sturma; her daughter Jodi Drengson (Craig) of Reiles Acres, ND; her grandchildren, Cassandra Hobus (Casey), Christopher Lawonn (Vanessa) of Cavalier, ND, Nicholas Lawonn of Grand Forks, ND, Isabella and Rowan Drengson; and her great grandchildren, Masen, Rylee, Asher, Hallie, Sawyer, Aiden, Layla and Henley.
Recently, she enjoyed volunteering at the local thrift shop where she loved spending her afternoons visiting with friends and using her creativity to display the donations within the shop.
