He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Lacina and Ardella Lacina (Edwards); his wife Susan Lacina (Arndt); his grandchildren, Alivia, Allen and Alex; his children, Andy Lacina (Alana), Jenny Wagner (Peter) of Eden Prairie, MN and Jill Lacina (Karl Ketterling) of Marion, ND.; his sisters, Patti Lipp (Donny) of Aberdeen, SD, Debbie Scallon (David) of Edgeley, ND and Nancy Lacina; his parents-in-law, James and Imogene Arndt of LaMoure, ND.; and his grandparents, Emil, Mary Lacina, Claude and Eleanor Edwards.
