He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey Moen and Tammi Moen (Blikre); his siblings, Austin and Erica; his grandparents, Kent Blikre and Sandi Blikre of Williston; his uncles, Brandt Blikre of Fargo, Rebecca Holen (Jon Johnson) of Foxholm, Mike Moen of Dickinson and Steven Moen (Janice); and his cousin Amber Melchert.
