It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jashawnn Emmett Stanley Whiteman of Fort Yates, North Dakota, born in Bismarck, North Dakota, who passed away on September 28, 2020, at the age of 15, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Deanna Whiteman of Bismarck, N. D., Sharon Catch The Bear of Bismarck, N. D., Sandra Whiteman of Fort Yates, N. D. and Stanley Whiteman of Little Rock, A. R.; and his uncle Kyle Whiteman of Little Rock, A. R.

He is survived by: his adoptive parents, Lynn, Rita Laundreaux of Fort Yates, N. D and Birth; his mother Chonette Whiteman of Mandan, N. D.; his grandfather Emmett Whiteman; his siblings, Jonathan Catch The Bear of Mandan, N. D., Justin Laundreaux of Fort Yates, N. D, Adoptive, Hattie Laundreaux (Zachari Ramirez) of Shawnee, O. K., Tawnie Laundreaux of Fort Yates, N. D., Thomasine Wells of Fort Yates, N. D, Birth, Aris Whiteman, Heavenly Whiteman, Kayeson Whiteman and Drayden Whiteman; his nieces and nephews, M'Ryan Eagleshield, Ali Ramirez, MaraJade Pille-Laundreaux, Amiyah Laundreaux and Zariah Ramirez; and also Jashawnn Emmet Stanley Whiteman.
