He was predeceased by: his brother Charles Stone (Violet) of Sioux Falls, SD; his grandchildren, Summer, Holly, Michelle, Jonathan-Aylssa-Charles Jr., Steven-Donovan, Jordan, Nino-Wyatt, Tayia, Neela-Jeremiah and Aiden; his siblings, Alfred Thompson, Robert Thompson, Oliver Gourd, Lilly Belgarde Owlboy, Sheila Thompson, Louella Thompson, Beth Gourd and Debbie Gourd; his nephew Porfirio Diaz Jr.; his niece Michelle Thomas; his sons, Steven Stone and Kelly Stone; his niece Twyla Feather; and his nephew Robert Oldrock.
He is survived by: his son Mike Stone (Darlene). He is also survived by Many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
