He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Miller and Elizabeth Miller (Eckroth); his parents-in-law, Rasmus and Emma Dirk; and his siblings-in-law, James Dirk, Nicolas Dirk, Roger Dirk, Mainard Dirk, John Bliele and Diane Dirk.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie (Dirk); his children, Melissa Karabensh (Jesse), Michael Miller (Heather), Kimberly Humann (Kyle), Carrie Miller and Ryan Miller (Tessa); his grandchildren, Madison, Nate Berger, Abigayle Johnson, Lexi Miller, Trevor Miller, Brandon Johnson, Grace Miller, Carter Humann, Asher Miller, Caleb Humann and Zander Miller; his siblings, Alice Ruele (Randy), Patrick Miller (Alice), Bill Miller (Gwen), Melvin Miller and Melinda Miller (Richard); and his parents-in-law, Leslie Dirk (Lynette), Andreen O'Neill, Annette Yauney (Pat) and Debbie Martin (Paul). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and countless friends.
