George Gartner Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 3, 2024, at the age of 77, George Gartner of Fort Rice, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Gartner and Mary Gartner (Bendish); his son Paul; and his sister Rosemary. He is survived by: his sons, Chad Gartner (Sue) and Loren Gartner; his grandchildren, Justin (Vanessa), Jeffrey (Meaghan), Joey and Dylan; and his great grandchildren, August and Phoenix.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Weigel Funeral Home (123 4th St NE, Mandan, ND 58554). A prayer was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A memorial service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery (1825 46th St, Mandan, ND 58554).
