Hazel Berg Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Slattum and Mabel Slattum (Thompson); her husband Ronald Berg; her granddaughter Tammy Marler; her son-in-law Gene Anderson; and her siblings, Raymond Slattum and Thelma Nelson (Philip).
She is survived by: her children, Shirley Kenyon (Larry) of Englevale, ND, Jody Anderson of Jamestown, ND, Tom Berg of Wahpeton, ND, Connie Sorby (Scott) of Fort Ransom, ND, Dawn Macdonald (Ed) of Lisbon, ND and Jeff Berg of Lisbon, ND.. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorials may be given to Stiklestad Cemetery Fund.
