He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Lewis and Dora Lewis (Hein); and his siblings, Willard, Norman, Gilbert, Lyla Klefstad, Eunice Clow and Donna Zito.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn McDaniel; his children, Lori Wittich (Brian), Otter Tail, Minn, Kathy Sundquist (Mike), N. D., Shane Lewis (Kari), Minneapolis and Cale Lewis (Joy); his grandchildren, Jami McCleary (Rob), Jessica Arth (Cody), Jenica Adams (Nate), Matthew Sundquist, Benjamin Sundquist, Brooklyn Lewis and Grayson Lewis; and his brother Stanley Lewis. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
