With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Bell (Forman, North Dakota), who passed away on February 28, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rexford Roosevelt and Helen Marguerite Bell (Anderson); his brothers, Arnie, Earl and Larry Bell; and his children, Terri D. Ell and Richard D. "Rusty" Bell.
He is survived by: his wife Stella Bell of Forman; his children, Monty Bell (Teresa) of Kyle, TX, Travis Bell of Forman, Brennan Bell (Amanda) of Forman and Jodi Meyer (Bill) of Britton, SD; his grandchildren, Skye (Sierra Hanna), Jatelyn Paulson (Eric), Aria (Kyler Meyer) and Derik (Tanner Bell); and his great grandchildren, Dexen and Dansby Paulson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
