She was predeceased by: her daughter Patricia Harms; her parents-in-law, George and Mary "Maggie" Schudar; her sister Kathryn; and her siblings-in-law, Lester Fisher, John Schaff, Marty Roll, Loretta Friedt, Lizbeth Schudar and Diane Schudar.
She is survived by: her husband Clifford of Forman; her daughters, Debra Hagen (Dale) of Lake City, SD and Tamara Mangahas (Rick); her son-in-law Joel Harms; her grandsons, Joshua Mangahas (Tamara) and John Hagen; her great grandchildren, Ashur, Kash, Cruz Hagen, Colton, Owen, Rosalie Hagen, Jordan, Isabel, Adelaide Mangahas, Stella Edelman, Anaro Harms, Athena and Steel Harms; and her siblings, Joseph Friedt (Corrine), Cecilia Schaff, Jim Friedt, Marvin Friedt (Helen), Betty Roll, Kenny Friedt (Doris) and Stanley Friedt (Carol). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
