She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Aarseth and Bertha Aarseth (Sandness); her husband Lester Bjerke; her parents-in-law, Martin and Clara Bjerke; and her son-in-law Doug Olson.
She is survived by: her children, Peggy Nelson (Steve), Nancy Thorlaksen (Brian), Lester Duane Bjerke, Jr. and Stuart Bjerke (Chantha); her grandchildren, Christina Nelson (Travis), Stephanie Ness (Jeremy), Shay Nelson (Amber), Justin Thorlaksen (Natasha), Sarah Harrison (Garrett), Connor Thorlaksen (Pua), Cassie Villa (Ben), Jacob Bjerke, Bron Bjerke and Noah Bjerke; and her siblings, Melvin Aarseth, Lois Hovel and Carol Roe. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
