He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Eline Hilstad; his children, Teresa Hanson and Shane Hanson (Lana); his grandchildren, Cassity Wingenbach (Kenyon), Jacoby Lloyd (Hannah), Noah Schaffner, Christian Hanson and Catherine Hanson; his great grandchildren, Tatum Wingenbach, Penn Wingenbach, Theo Lloyd, Ames Lloyd and Coen Lloyd; and his siblings, Steve Hanson (Carol), Bev Devlin and Becky Amundson.
