He is survived by: his daughters, Renee Lyste (Brian) of Finley, ND, Kimberly Hashbarger (Jerry) of Hope, ND and Sherry Jacobson (Jeff) of Finley, ND.; his grandchildren, Matthew Strand (Tonya), Megan Norgaard (Cody), Paige Norgaard (Brandon), Carrie Foss (Jeff), Amanda Goforth (Chad), Sara Eckel (Josh), Justin Hashbarger (Amy), Jeffrey Hashbarger (Katie), Jalen Hashbarger (Sydney), Brandon Jacobson, Jordan Jacobson (Stephanie) and Taylor Jacobson; and his sister Gail Thompson.
