We are sad to announce that on October 22, 2020, at the age of 91, Richard Pickar of Finley, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends can send flowers and condolences in memory of the loved one. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alma Pickar (Grewing) and Peter Pickar; and his former wife Eva Huschka. He is survived by: his wife Betty Ramstad; his children, Ron (Jan), Roger (Linell), Janice Hankey (David) of Council Bluffs, IA, Diana Neva (Reno) and Finley; and his siblings-in-law, Fritz Huschka and Loretta Huschka. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren.
