With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rita Petrowitz (Fingal, North Dakota), born in Breckenridge, Minnesota, who passed away on December 26, 2019 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence (Pete); her granddaughter Amanda Leininger; and her son-in-law Charlie Bowman. She is survived by: her children, Janice Fenstad (Roger), Jim Petrowitz, Susan Kohler (Ken), Kathy Aarseth, Shari Maasjo (Eldon), Carol Petrowitz, Mary Annette Koch (Glenn), Joyce Bowman and Cynthia Leininger (Curtis); and her sisters, Genevieve Dodson and Joan Rocha. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren.
