He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew J. M. Kleinsasser and Lydia Kleinsasser (Wollmann); his wife Jeanne E. Kleinsasser; and his siblings, Edwin, David, Sam, Paul, John, Andrew, Matthias, Anna, Kate, Mary, Lydia, Dora, Edna and Ruth.
He is survived by: his brother-in-law Ruth; his daughters, Lydia R. Gessele of Chaseley and Marjorie Kleinsasser of Fessenden; his grandchildren, Michaela, Cheyenne and Samuel Gessele; his stepgrandchildren, Taylin Gessele (Natalie) and Sebastian Gessele; his brother Eli Kleinsasser (Nancy) of Milwaukee, OR; and his siblings-in-law, Glenn Pueppke of Erie, ND and Norma Kleinsasser of Tuttle. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
