It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eleanor Zainhofsky Ehni of Fessenden, North Dakota, who passed away on June 4, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorenz Heilman and Elizabeth Heilman (Voiller); her husband Tony Zainhofsky (Ellery Ehni); her siblings, Henry, Lawrence, Edwin, Lena Vetsch, Isabelle Vetsch, Irene Beedy, Angela Held, Arlene Selzer, Ruth Dosch and Viola Heilman; her daughter-in-law Diane Zainhofsky; and her grandson Calvin Hornbacher.
She is survived by: her former spouse Ellery Ehni; her friend Judy Muscha; her children, Jacinta Zainhofsky, Roxanne Roller (Chuck), Elaine Hornbacher (Dwight) and Blaine Zainhofsky; her grandchildren, Crystal Harkness (Josh), Kyla Hornbacher (Jake Hoffert), Blake Roller (Desi) and Madison Zainhofsky; her children, Tucker Hoffert and Celty Harkness; her sisters, Lillian Kraft, Anna Rose West, Lorraine Klautt and Margie Teeters; and her stepchildren, Cindy Ehni, Skeet Ehni, Kim Opp (Ron), Karen Turner (Rich), Jeanne Rudel (Kurt), Dawn Morcomb (Steve), Kay Brown (Brad), Kathy Loegering (Dan) and Tic Ehni (Angie). She is also survived by many step grandchildren and great grandchildren.
