He was predeceased by: his parents, John Phelan and Florence Phelan (Wall); his former wife Shirley; his son Michael; his grandson Dustin; and his siblings, Bob, John, Florence and Alice.
He is survived by: his wife Kay; and his daughter Jennifer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
