He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Renee Sandvik (Burwell) and Jeremy Burwell; his granddaughter Emily Cortes (Sandvik); his son-in-law Jonathan Cortes; his grandson Jack Sandvik; his great grandchild Kelly Cortes; his brother Gary Burwell (Sandy); his niece Gretchen Sandberg (Nick); and his sister-in-law Denise Burwell (Tom).
