He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Irving Berge and Eva Berge (Petersen); his parents-in-law, Frank and Mary Schneider; his sister Agnes; and his granddaughter Ella Berge.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Schneider; his children, Heidi Berge, Robyn Lavelle (Ryan), Trent Berge (Katie) and McKenze Berge; his grandchildren, Aiden McCleary, Lucian, Constant, Emra Lavelle, Liam and Lydia Berge; and his sisters, Betty McCabe (Curt) and Marilyn Isaacson (David).
