She was predeceased by: her parents, Kanwar Jaswant Singh Jassal and Harbhans Kaur; and her husband Lakhbir Singh Sarpal. She is survived by: her children, Rajbir Sarpal (Kristin), Harsharan Sarpal and Sona Diocee (Tony); her grandchildren, Anjani Traeger (Adam), Harneal Diocee, Milan Sarpal and Mia Diocee; her great grandchild Xenia Sarpal; and her siblings, Amrit Kaur Rikhraj, Harbhajan Kaur Jassal and Avtar Singh Jassal.
