It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven David Strege (Fargo, North Dakota), born in Breckenridge, Minnesota, who passed away on January 16, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Strege and Myrtle Strege (Solberg); his in-laws, William Sr. and Doris Reese; his siblings, LaVerne, Howard, Merlin, Orvis, Elmer, Claude, James, Joseph, Inez, Rachel and Leonara; and his siblings-in-law, Dave Reese, Martin Boyer and JoAnn Strege.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy of Fargo, ND; his children, Marty Strege (Marnee) of Omaha, NE and Michelle Suedel (Glenn) of West Fargo, ND; his grandchildren, Jaden Anderson (Maria Lotti) of Fargo, ND, Emma Strege and Violet Strege of Omaha, NE; his siblings, Richard Strege (Marlys) of Fargo, ND and Emelia Johnson of Minnetonka, MN; and his siblings-in-law, Mildred Strege, Ann Strege, Debbie Boyer of Wahpeton, ND, Diane Reese and William Reese Jr. (Joan Behrens).
Memorial donations may be made in Steven's name to Fargo Emergency Food Pantry, Growing Together in Grace Foundation, North Dakota Grain Dealers Association Education Foundation, and Immanuel Lutheran Church.
