He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Skogen and Britha Skogen (Foss); and his brother Orris. He is survived by: his wife Ardis Wagner; his daughters, Julie and Linda; his sister Irene Lundby; and his brother-in-law John Wagner (Vicki). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
