She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Lugert and Anna Lugert (Pausch); her husband Leonard W. Hejtmanek; her sons, William and Jim; her siblings, Lawrence, Leonard, Mary Formaneck and Angeline Kielb; her siblings-in-law, Irene Hruza, Elsie Kelly, Gladys Lugert, Catherine Lugert, Harold Formaneck, Andrew Kielb, James Hruza and James Kelly; and her children-in-law, Marlo Tveter, Albert Isaacs, Virgil Sims and Linda Hejtmanek.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karan Isaacs, Conroe, Mary Lou Dobos (Butch) of Pickeral Lake, MN. and Barbara Merrill (Aaron). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and many nieces & nephews.
