She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Haskins and Mildred Haskins; her parents-in-law, Ervin and Gladys Schmitz; her brothers-in-law, Duane "Bud" Schmitz, Al Zimmerman and Stevie; her son Christopher; and her grandson Matthew Schmitz.
She is survived by: her husband Floyd Schmitz of Enderlin; her children, Pam Hochhalter (Rod), Scott Schmitz (Dianne), Steve Schmitz (Roxy) and Dale Schmitz; and her sister Sally Tiger. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren, many brothers and sisters-in-law; nieces and nephews.
