We are sad to announce that on February 5, 2024, at the age of 89, Robert M. Farring of Fargo, North Dakota, born in Detroit, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M. Farring and Hazel Farring (Nelson); his sister Alice Farring; his grandson Matthew Steenhout; and his son-in-law Orris Loptson.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth A. Burchill; his daughters, Martha Imparato (Jeff) of Topeka, KS, Bonnie Cobb (David) of Yorkton, Saskatchewan, Priscilla Farring of Fargo, ND and Rebecca Grosskreutz (Jerry) of Mallie, KY; his grandchildren, Nate Imparato (Kayleen), Amy Imparato (Matt Scrivner), Clinton Loptson (Ashley), Justin Loptson, Myron Loptson (Denaya), Emily Steenhout, Timothy Steenhout (Ashley Chilson) and Isabelle Wallace; his great grandchildren, Aaron Imparato and Theo Loptson; and his siblings, Sam Farring (Jan), Rose Farring and David Farring (Elrena). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to Anne Carlsen Center in memory of his grandson, Matthew.
