He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Art, Helen Stelzer and Florence Anderson. He is survived by: his parents, Darwin and Diane (Fargo); his friend Donovan; his great-aunt Bertha Stelzer; his aunts and uncles, Judy Stelzer, Sharon Remmen, Fritz Heinen and Jerry Miller; his brother Jeff; his sister-in-law Amanda (West Fargo); and his sister Staci (Fargo). He is also survived by many uncles, aunts and cousins and friends.
A burial was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Fargo National Cemetery (8709 40th Ave NW, Harwood, ND 58042).
In Lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Fargo Vet Center in honor of Rick.
