He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Swenson and Manda Swenson (Oas); his siblings, Donald and Maxine; and his son Brian.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Schlegel (Betty); his children, Tim (Kelly) of Barnesville, MN and Karen Kruger (Bob); his sister Brenda Fulford (Tim) of Minnetrista, MN; his grandchildren, Anna Bouillerce, Alexandra Kruger, Matthew, Nicholas and Christopher Fulford; and his siblings, Robert (Joan), David (Wanda), Lorraine (Ben), Lawrence (Sharon), Armand (Nonie) and Adeline (Jerry). He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
