Norman Maynard Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Norman Maynard (Fargo, North Dakota), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 23, 2025 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Norman Maynard to pay them a last tribute.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Norman shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Norman farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Francis and Dorothy T. Maynard. He is survived by: his wife Jean Shankar; his sons, Nick Maynard (Mary) and Jeff Maynard; and his grandchildren, Clair, Michaela and Nathaniel.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Sts. Anne and Joachim Catholic Church (5202 25th St S, Fargo, ND 58104). A vigil service was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
