He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Sr. Wiltse and Norma Wiltse (Krogen); and his sister-in-law Vicki Koenig-Wenzel (Dick). He is survived by: his wife Marlene; his children, Jason (Andrea Kottas) and Denise McWherter; his grandchildren, Keaton Wiltse, Fiona Wiltse, Carson Biermanski and Benjamin McWherter; his siblings, Karen Moe (Charles), Michael and Ed; and his sister-in-law Putsie Roesler (Koenig). He is also survived by in-laws and friends.
