He is survived by: his wife Judy; his son Matthew (Dana) of Fargo; his grandchildren, Reiley (Sarah) of Tennessee and Rachel of Grand Forks; and his siblings, Colleen Curtis (Bill), Charles Donahue (Eileen), John Donahue (Patrice), Deb Rasmussen (Mark), Steven Donahue (Judy) and Msgr.
