He is survived by: his girlfriend Ginger Meyer; his stepchildren, Teresa Meyer, Tiffaney Hamilton (Arnold Hamilton), Natalie Meyer Bernstein and Tabitha Meyer (Mike Pacholke); his grandchildren, Ryker Ulmer, Jasmine Meyer, Javon Anderson, Josiah Hamilton, Oren Pacholke and Noah Pacholke; his siblings, Timothy Bernstein (Cindy), Michelle Bernstein and Kimberly Bernstein Barstad; his nieces and nephews, Thomas Bernstein, Andrew Bernstein, Kylee Barstad, Conner Barstad and Christina Barstad; and his great-nephew Ryder Barstad.
