She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Rinde (Miller) and Nicholas Rinde; her husband William "Bill" L. Haggart; her siblings, Dorothy Zimmerman (Reed), Joyce Lowe (Vincent), Robert Rinde (Betty) and James H. Rinde; her nephew Jimmy Zimmerman; her niece Ruth Ann Lawrence (Rinde); her close friend Jim Johnston; and her son-in-law Stanley Gordon.
She is survived by: her children, W. Todd Haggart (Ann), Ann Gordon, Thomas R. Haggart (Janice) and Virginia Haggart (Ned Sorley); and her sister-in-law Shirley Rinde. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren.
