She is survived by: her husband Leroy; her son Pat Thomas (Joanne); her grandsons, Tanner and Jacob Thomas; her stepchildren, Randy Jacobsen, Jill Bala (James) and Rob Jacobsen; and her siblings, Patty, Dianne, David, Kathy, Candy, Debbie and Mike. She is also survived by four step-grandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren.
