It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph E. Judd of Fargo, North Dakota, born in Stoughton, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 2, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Judd and Marybelle Judd (Brown); and his siblings, George "Chumley" Judd Jr. and Debbie Judd. He is survived by: his nieces, Angie Milner (Tom) of West Fargo, ND, Chrissy Drake (Tony) of Valley City, ND and Liz Byrne (Sean) of Cleveland, OH.. He is also survived by his parents and sister.
