He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Topp and Ruth Topp (Anderson); his sister Ardyce Meier; and his siblings-in-law, Kim Cooper, Bill Meier and LeRoy Hochhalter.
He is survived by: his wife Elva Manning of Regan, ND; his children, Teresa Hambrick (Keith) of Eau Claire, WI, Robert Topp of Fargo, ND and Susan Gilles (Tony) of New Prague, MN; his grandchildren, Eva Gray (Ryan), Emily Marineau (Jacob), Justin Topp, Jack, Sam and Kate Gilles; and his great grandchildren, Josephine and Drew Gray. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
